Tertiary trained over at least 4 years, their understanding of exercise effects for individual patients and their chronic conditions is evidence-based and extensive.

Our physiotherapist works within the South Coast Sports Medicine health professional team to treat your symptoms or injuries. Our services include expert assessment, accurate diagnosis and treatment of work, recreation or sport related injuries. We will assess movement disorders, and the promotion of mobility, functional ability, quality of life and movement potential through examination, diagnoses and physical intervention. By assessing the function of bones, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments, we can help restore normal and pain free function through treatment such as joint mobilisation, massage, exercise and continuing advice and education.
Kate can assist with all aspects of nutritional treatment, including food intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome, eating plans, sports nutrition and guidance to a healthier lifestyle. Our aim is to identify nutritional, dietary and lifestyle factors that can be contributing to your symptoms or health condition.
Kate’s evidenced-based approach enables her to use Herbal Medicine in a way that satisfies her love for science and has an immense therapeutic benefit for her clients. She prefers to use food as medicine, only prescribing supplemental nutrition when very necessary.
