Our team have the knowledge and skills to safely assess an individual then design corrective exercise programs that will assist in rehabilitating from injury or surgery and alleviate symptoms from common musculoskeletal imbalances. We provide individualised exercise programs for chronic medical conditions that take into account the patient’s specific unique characteristics and background, postural and movement habits. Those individuals and groups looking for improved sports performance also will receive targeted sport-specific high performance training.
