Gait & Running Analysis

Biomechanical analysis involves assessing your individual unique movement patterns to identify any abnormalities or inefficiencies. By analyzing your posture, stride, and movement patterns, we can pinpoint issues that may be contributing to pain, discomfort, or injury.
Sometimes underlying active and/or passive postural imbalances are present (e.g. increased scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, pelvic tilt) and we can help by assessing your posture and providing corrective exercises.
