Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist
Cert 3&4 in Fitness
Janine has a wide range of experience in the fitness industry. Having worked as a Personal Trainer she has training in osteoporosis, falls prevention programs, exercises for over 50s, tai chi and arthritis. Janine has a lifelong involvement in elite netball, and a special interest in biomechanical assessment in elite sport, leading to further training as a biomechanical correction specialist.
