Janine Determes
Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist

Cert 3&4 in Fitness

Janine has a wide range of experience in the fitness industry. Having worked as a Personal Trainer she has training in osteoporosis, falls prevention programs, exercises for over 50s, tai chi and arthritis. Janine has a lifelong involvement in elite netball, and a special interest in biomechanical assessment in elite sport, leading to further training as a biomechanical correction specialist.

Linsey King
Podiatrist, Personal Trainer

B(Podiatry), Cert 3&4 in Fitness

Linsey is from West Yorkshire, UK. She has a Podiatry Bachelor of Science and a Certificate III and IV in personal training. Since emigrating to Australia in 2011, Linsey has worked in a high-risk podiatry clinic as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing chronic disease often resulting in lower limb complications and amputations.

This experience has exposed Linsey to the devastating consequences of chronic disease, and motivated Linsey to focus on prevention rather than cure, not only for chronic disease, but also for sporting injuries and other complications. With this in mind, Linsey completed the Certificate III and IV in personal training and seeks to educate people in fitness, exercise and health to empower and help people improve quality of life.

Linsey loves sport and has been lucky enough to compete at National Level Junior Athletics and was Captain of the West Yorkshire, County/ State Netball team. Linseys is experienced as a health professional, mum, and she prides herself on her holistic approach to personal training, health and fitness.
