We are the provider of choice for sports medicine, integrative medicine, injury management, exercise rehabilitation and physical activity interventions. Ankle rehab: Level 'Circus'

This is one of our superstar patients doing some high level ankle rehab in prep for a return to Circus and Ninja warrior training. Not everyone needs to practice balancing whilst juggling however we need to make sure we make the exercises challenging enough for each individual. This star patient is quickly surpassing our Physio's ability to demonstrate each exercise first !

Sports Doctor

Our Sports Doctors are trained in a range of areas, specialising in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment.

Our accredited exercise physiologists have extensive knowledge about the effects of exercise on the musculoskeletal system and prescribe a course of exercise for fitness, illnesses or rehabilitation.

An Integrated Medical Practitioner provides a holistic model of care that incorporates medical, behavioural, motivational and environmental principles in the management of lifestyle-related health problems.

Massage can provide a reduction in muscle tension and improves blood circulation as well as being a form of relaxation and stress relief.

Our physiotherapist services include expert assessment, accurate diagnosis and treatment of work, recreation or sport-related injuries…

Our nutritionist can assist with all aspects of nutritional treatment, including food intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome, eating plans, sports nutrition and guidance to a healthier lifestyle.

Our naturopath uses an evidence-based approach to use Herbal Medicine in a way that has an immense therapeutic benefit for our clients.

At this critical time, we are doing our best to relieve pressure on the hospital by looking after people with acute injury or urgent care needs in our Acute Injury and Urgent Care Clinic. We can look after most acute injuries including minor fractures and wounds.
