Janine Determes
Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist

Cert 3&4 in Fitness

Janine has a wide range of experience in the fitness industry. Having worked as a Personal Trainer she has training in osteoporosis, falls prevention programs, exercises for over 50s, tai chi and arthritis. Janine has a lifelong involvement in elite netball, and a special interest in biomechanical assessment in elite sport, leading to further training as a biomechanical correction specialist.

Couldn’t of done it without Ingrid! Hardest most rewarding thing I’ve done in my life and I recommend it to anyone to do. I’m certainly not a overly fit person but with the right training and direction you can set and achieve goals like I did! Thanks so much to the team at SCSM.
