Dr Jen and Kate recently went along to a seminar that explored many of the aspects of mood disorders

What the seminar really highlighted, was that there are an incredible number of factors that could be contributing to low mood, depression or anxiety, we canโ€™t just single-out serotonin anymore!

Because these factors are so intimately connected, focusing on just one of those, like in a more conventional approach, just isnโ€™t enough.

Our nutrition team have always taken a holistic approach to wellbeing, so this information didnโ€™t really come as a surprise, but has spurred our thirst for knowledge even more!
